25 January from 9:30 am – Growing garlic for winter vegetable gardening, an in-depth workshop on garlic growing coupled to extensive tour of our food gardens. In this a comprehensive 1-day workshop we’ll share the secrets of our approach to permaculture and how to we grow garlic, from soil preparation to harvesting.
We kick off this years Sunday lunch programmewith a Mexican themed lunch. We’ll be presenting a true taste of the Mexican inspired Tacos table. A tacos is a filled tortilla that has become an art-form in itself, just like sushi. Its a delicate balance of cooked and fresh vegetables, meats, salsas and sauces, all wrapped in a tortilla.
