Our focus this week is on Workshops and Sunday Lunches. Our first workshop of the year is:
25 January from 9:30 am – Growing garlic for winter vegetable gardening, an in-depth workshop on garlic growing coupled to extensive tour of our food gardens. In this a comprehensive 1-day workshop we’ll share the secrets of our approach to permaculture and how to we grow garlic, from soil preparation to harvesting.
 
We kick off this years Sunday lunch programme with a Mexican themed lunch. We’ll be presenting a true taste of the Mexican inspired Tacos table. A tacos is a filled tortilla that has become an art-form in itself, just like sushi. Its a delicate balance of cooked and fresh vegetables, meats, salsas and sauces, all wrapped in a tortilla.
