Fun End Of Year Xmas Cooking Class
On Friday Wickedfood Earth Country Cooking School hosted Royal Haskoning DHV for a fun afternoon of cooking. The team chose to cook the Cooking School’s popular Informal festive chicken Banquet menu:
- Fresh tomato and red pepper soup
- Orange glazed chickens – roasted in a kettle braai, with a soy orange glaze
- Our Ultimate potato salad
- Vegetarian mushroom pie, with a cheese soufflé topping
- Waldorf salad of apple, celery and pecan nuts, dressed with a light mayonnaise; and
- Tiramisu.
