On Friday Wickedfood Earth Country Cooking School hosted Royal Haskoning DHV for a fun afternoon of cooking. The team chose to cook the Cooking School’s popular  Informal festive chicken Banquet menu:

  • Fresh tomato and red pepper soup
  • Orange glazed chickens – roasted in a kettle braai, with a soy orange glaze
  • Our Ultimate potato salad
  • Vegetarian mushroom pie, with a cheese soufflé topping
  • Waldorf salad of apple, celery and pecan nuts, dressed with a light mayonnaise; and
  • Tiramisu.
